I've been set up for automatic payments there has been no issue for the year+ I have lived here until now. My payment didn't get processed, my phone got suspended, there are no places to go to physically pay the bill, all store listed phone numbers either do not work or only sell Sim cards. This is completely unprofessional and I desperately need to get ahold of anyone to talk to.

If you cannot access your self serve account or use the card on file to manually pay your plan amount then you will need to either purchase a pm voucher in store or online or pay by instant top up or real time payment (RTP). Read the following post for info on retailers offering these methods of payment.....

try close all browser and clear cache/ cookies/ open inPrivate mode,from computer.
Login again go to your profile and check your credit card no expiry.
and go and press at reactivate my account and top up open cart and press continue to payment,
or use vouchers,
from online to buy it here: Recharge For Public /\ recharge.com \/ Top-up Public Mobile Recharge.

@thanwill - Others have provided good workarounds to get your account Active again.
A bit more to add...since the account is currently in suspended status you can look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611, see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

HI @thanwill if you cannot pay by credit card for any reason, you can buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart, or you can also buy from recharge.com (with a fee) and then load the voucher to your account to reactivate

Auto pay can fail
To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611 no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary

Account #/ change # port /swap SIM
If you still have service and your plan renews today / tomorrow you can ignore this suspended notice

@thanwill all you need to do is make a manual payment
if you remember your 4 digits pin, you can pay via *611
or you can pay via My account. Login , click Reactivate my plan and follow the steps
