I am locked out and have transferred my number.
My password is no good anymore.
Will not send an email.
Will not send a text to my new phone.
Been paying for 2 phones going on 2 months now.
I cannot afford this please help.
I need to cancel.

When was your last renewal with public mobile? (Or the date of the last autopay charge for your plan amount?) When did you port out?

@alvis709 if you have successfully ported out, you won't be able to login to My Account any more as your account is closed. and Yes, PM shouldn't be continue charging
