Payment is completed, but activation is not successful and I can't log in My Account.

I have already applied for a subscription and payment has been made.
But activation on my phone fails.
I get a message to contact customer support, but my My Account is locked and I cannot log in.

hi @AyaVan .. then I guess only CS Agent can help.  Please submit ticket

@AyaVan  Support should reply with with in the hour sometimes longer . Just keep an eye on your community in box for their reply

Try to logout the app for 15 mins and try login again.
