Hello! New here. I just transferred my number and it says activation was unsuccessful (something went wrong but didn't say what) now my phone is disabled and I can't receive the text with the code to sign in and I am at a loss for what to do and how to resolve the issue. appreciate any help

so, your PM sim card cannot even make outbound calls? data does not work?
