How does this happen?. It's kind of forcing me to change subscription as I have ?? in my shopping basket!!
I did not put on hold....and have no idea on how to do either.
I did the pay now...and nothing happened.
Any advice?
Or is this a new (miss)message that is just saying they have not processed my payment yet????

App was logged off. then logged in...same stuff.
I use my desktop to logon.
Just wondering if this has anything to do with the fact that today is my renewal date??

Phone still works.
I never use the app vs my desktop. I only access the account once or twice a month. I did look at the app though.
Apps says.
Subscribe now with a current plan - it shows my 15 plan
Subscribe now with a new plan - not doing that
Update payment information. My card is up to date and I have $30 in my balance.
I have health issues...I need phone to work...and this message is not helping.

If so just ignore.
Refresh site and try and see what message says.
