PM is the 3rd tier of Telus so all communication is done through dm with a CS_Agent.

@Summersidewick  sorry when you signed up you should have noticed it says no live telephone representatives

Only messages. All self serve. You do it yourself. 

Or use the chatbot orange bubble to create a ticket and someone from Public Mobile will message you back .

Generally there is no such option.  You have to open ticket with PM and they will reply via community message.  Only on very tricky issue that they will have a tech to call you

So, start with ticket first and maybe they can help

open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Sorry, but Public Mobile does not provide customer service on the phone. To contact a customer support agent, a ticket needs to be opened with the chatbot.  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
