Why can't I sign on my account ? A message says : Forbidden A1.

I just tried and got the same Forbidden A1 message as you and OP.  PM must be updating the website or doing site maintenance.

You're welcome. Please be aware that it could be several hours before they respond now. They're probably dealing with many upset customers experiencing on-going network upset in many parts of western provinces. They'll get to your issue asap.
