Im trying to change my payment cycle because I want my new plan now instead of on the renewal date a week from now. How can I do this, since a week ago I already set it so that the new plan takes effect on my normal renewal date.

Billing cycle is 30 days. If you manage to change billing cycle (which might cost you!) eventually your desired billing date will change over time.

@hairbag1 Correct. An automated batch process will take care of the change at next renewal. I have my doubts front line agents have access to an expired plan. I could be wrong though.

I thunk op had the promo plan set to change at next renewal but wants to change it now to alter payment cycle date.

no harm in asking the CSA to "Change Now", if that's what you want. Use this link to message them. Give them as much account info as you can..ie; phone number, account number, PM pin number...etc.

Keep in mind for future reference, if you “change your plan now”. All remaining data will be forfeited and it is not prorated/no refund on your account.

@Morgan5 You'll need to wait for the plan change to to effect on your renewal date then. No way around that. Top up with a data add-on in the meantime.

I tried but it was a promotion and now it’s expired so it’s not on the list of new plans anymore

if you select Change Now...you're new billing cycle starts right as soon as you successfully change the plan.

@Morgan5 Are you changing plans too? If so, just cancel the scheduled plan change and then do a plan change immediately. If you're trying to early renew the same plan because you're out of data, you need to send a message to @CS_Agent to ask them to do it for you.
