my public mobile number is diactivated

I cannot call or receive any calls or texts on my phone , it seems that my number is dead or disactivated. what can i do?? there no customer suprt that i can call

Because I'm trying to help you from memory rather than going exactly step by step hand-holding for you. This is a self-serve place which means do it yourself. I'm a fellow customer, not an employee.

Are you logging in with a mobile browser, non-mobile browser or the app? Some parts of the site function differently on those different methods and even differently with different browsers.
Here, try this instead of step by step since you seem to be able to login.

Wander around the site to find the things you might need to do so as to familiarize yourself with what all is available to you.

why are you telling me things "off the top" of your head? I want a proper explanation on how to go to that "Login, payments, manage card, manage subscription, update card" page. I cannot find that page when I log into my account. That's why I asked for a step by step. I don't understand why it's so complicated to answer my question. Send me 1. Link to sign in page 2. where the my account button is on the page 2. where the PAYMENT button is on that page 3. where the UPDATE CARD is on that page. Youre telling me " It's always better to be able to do required functions with your account" and I'm telling you that there is no way of updating a payment method when logged into my account! the website database you have does not include such function! I just want to understand how to do that.

there is no "payment" or "manage subscribtion" option.

So, the 1855 numbers confirm account was just suspended?

just login My Account using Incognito/Private/secret mode on your browser, Payment, Manage Subscription and youbcan click update card information there to update it

And if you have trouble updating card, you can also get a voucher from. Shoppers Drug mart and load it using *611

Just changing the number won't do anything. You need to make a payment somehow to restart.
Just go to recharge.com or muskbird.com and their RTR option and buy a voucher and dial 611 to enter it or the RTR will go in to the account and then the services will restart.
Then you can take your time figuring out how to change the card. This is more of a self-self system here. It's always better to be able to do required functions with your account. Login, payments, manage card, manage subscription, update card. Something like that off the top of my head.

I just need to change the credit card number on my account for the payments to resume. How can I do that? Please just tell me step by step how to change the number of my credit card on my account.

it was working before?  Can you login My Account?  Call 1-855-4PUBLIC and check if the system can find your number

if it finds, you just need to pay and resume service

If it cannot find, then your system was already deactivated for not paying.   You can also submit ticket with agent and confirm:

Sounds like it didn't renew. Dial 611 to make sure. If it wants money now then it's suspended. If it gives you a future date and balance then something else is going on.
