Are there any MODS could help?
I got double charged and plan did not change to 12GBs/3months which I had changed during the promotion.
I had pmed 3 MODs and none of them reply.
I had been wait for more than a week.
What can I do?

@FanDD I suggest you create a thread and tag the mods tomorrow around 10 AM-4 PM as the mods are probably done fixing problems for today.
