I am getting very frustrated. It has *only* been a week for me, but the money for 2 lines on the new plan was taken but I cannot make calls or use data. Thankfully I did not port our numbers from Rogers so we are using our old plan wtith them, but now we are paying for plans with Rogers and PM. In addition, my PM account says I have used 1mb of data???? How is that possible? Data doesn't work on either of our phones. I PMd a mod a week ago but it hasn't been read yet, and I have emailed but had no reply.
I saw the update that customers are being helped first come first served, but I am regularly seeing people helped on these forums with more recent problems than those who have been waiting 1-3 weeks. This is very frustrating.
Could someone please at least let us know when our cases will be reviewed?

Thank you very much. Both lines seem to be working with all services now.
We still need to port our numbers from Rogers. Is it a good time to do so? I keep seeing a lot of porting issues.

For what its worth when my issue was finally resolve my plan start date and data usage were reset to the day it actually started working. So in the end I wasn't paying for service I wasn't using.

login to selfserve and
click purchase addons,
there is a $0 T911 service in the voice column, t
ry purchasing it and see if it works for you.

You aren't going to get much help at this time because I'm pretty sure the mods are done for the day. What I've noticed is people getting help from threads they've created around 10 AM-4 PM. I suggest you do the same and have Shazia_K tagged as I see her helping the most. Unfortunately with the promo that happened a couple weeks ago is still too much for them, but I think they're getting a bit better. Hopefully they can fix your problem soon.
