I have cleared my caches restarted my phone, my browser and have tried using different browsers and in incognito mode and still I receive the "Page Expired" page. This needs to be fixed.

When purchasing a Voucher and my payment is say expected to be $180, do I buy a Voucher for that amount or that amount plus taxes to be redeemed later through my account? Thanks in advance!
