Did you load the voucher by logging into your self serve account? Check your payment history for the manual top up transaction. (Click the little refresh arrow at the bottom right first) Do you see the transaction? Was the voucher amount enough to pay for your plan?
When paying by voucher it's best to load them via 611 or calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone #. Then press(1) and (1) again and enter the 12 digit pin #. You will be told you successfully added funds and you will be automatically reactivated (unless you have suspended via lost/stolen)?

Hi @mlyons0705 call *611 again and confirm how much Available fund you have. If you are sure the voucher is loaded, it's good
You can open ticket with CS agent using message if you have trouble with Chatbot:

@mlyons0705 @You have to keep an eye out on the envelope top of page to the right for response ,, initial response seems to take the longest , but your first reply any back and forth communication is fairly quick and painless also if your able to sign in as @softech suggested that may be all that needs to be done I assumed you had already tried these suggestions

@mlyons0705 did you try to reboot your phone?
Also, it is best to login to My Account and see if the money still sitting in Available fund untouched. If that is the case, click "Reactivate my plan"
if you are unable to login to My Account, open a ticket with PM support and have them to help the login issue as well as reactivate
