Trying to set up my account and pay the first month with a Canada Post single-load prepaid Visa card, as I just arrived in Canada and haven’t had a chance to get a Canadian bank card yet.
However, when trying to get the 20gb for $35 deal, I keep getting “Error Code:821” saying that something went wrong. Any idea what’s going wrong? Was thinking I maybe need to activate the Visa card somehow so I can link my address to it, however I can’t see any details on the packaging on how to do this.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Like said. Contact a CSA
Your prepaid card needs enough on it to cover taxes.
And for sure a PrePaid Vanilla (but not a "My Vanilla") MasterCard works.

@ColmDillon How much is the prepaid visa amount for? I believe you need to pay the full price of the plan $55+tax at activation and then will receive account credit of $20 before the second payment cycle thru to 16th payment cycle for the discounted price to apply.

@ColmDillon error 821 has to do with you used IMEI for porting info
First, make sure PM didnlt charge you I your last attempt
Then start again but please use account nimber as the porting info
