how long has your account been Suspended ? If 90 days or longer, its been deactivated and you'd need a new sim to start a new account.

@Noreen_P - keep in mind that if your service was out of service for 90 days, your number is lost, and account will be closed.

What do you mean "outstanding", this place is a pre-paid service.
If you mean you wish to pay for another cycle, to get the 'code', tap "Didn't get the code?" and you should be provided with an e-mail option.
You can also purchase PM Payment Vouchers and get them applied to your account by dialing 611. (yes, it'll work with a suspended account)
