Paying outstanding bills & restoring service

I want to  pay an outstanding bill but cannot do so because the phone is not in service. So requesting a code will be of no use. Is there any other way to get this bill paid? Help!

how long has your account been Suspended ? If 90 days or longer, its been deactivated and you'd need a new sim to start a new account.

You can buy vouchers to pay the outstanding bills

What do you mean "outstanding", this place is a pre-paid service.

If you mean you wish to pay for another cycle, to get the 'code', tap "Didn't get the code?" and you should be provided with an e-mail option.

You can also purchase PM Payment Vouchers and get them applied to your account by dialing 611. (yes, it'll work with a suspended account)
