if you can make calls but not receive inbounds, may I know if you got the porting authorization text from your old carrier yet and if you replied Yes?

If you missed the text from your old carrier,  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
