what a waste of my time. I do not sit whole day on my computer

wait an hour and try  use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to reset password and re-login My Account to confirm again

if same, please submit ticket with agent as my reply above

what error you got when you login ?

was that you just cannot receive the 2FA code because you don't have service?  When you are ask to enter the 2FA code, click Didn't receive the code and then click Send email

if you still cannot login, support agent can help.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
