Hello:
No service but my credit card was charged. I overcome this by ordering a new subscription which worked fine.
Charges was and is $21.47 service is back. However, my outstanding charge was not credited back,
What is the problem with Public Mobile accounting . ????

@abdoolali if you were overcharged and want public mobile to review your accounts please reach out to them via the chatbot.

@abdoolali , use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket. The funds will likely be credited to your working account.

you shouldn't open another account. Usually PM can have the problem fixed quickly
but now with 2 accounts, you need PM to sort it out.
open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
