I got an email stating my service/phone number will be suspended if I don't reactivate my account.
"Your service has been put on hold while we await payment. After 90 days of non-payment, your account will be permanently deactivated etc."
I followed the instructions to solve the issue
1.) Log into my public mobile account
2.) Hit reactivate account.
Problem with 2.) Is no such button seems to exist, and when i pull up payments and history, there seems to be no issues mentioned and the same bill I've always had appears. What's going on with this?

My bad for the late replies, I didnt realize the notifications went to junk mail.
Im really grateful everyone took the time to reply. I still have service as usual and a payment did go through. I assume the glitch in the system.
Thanks!

Enable the Subscribe button so it will continue for your next month payment.
Being subscribed to autopay doesn't always mean tthat the error message can be ignored. Autopay payments do sometimes fail, whether because of Public Mobile error or because of an issue with the credit/debit card. The advice about ignoring the error message only holds true, as TheSterlinger and hTideGnow, if the service is still working.

hi @Username331
but first , is your PM service working? Voice and data both working? if so, could be a system glitch and sent out by error. Just ignore it

@Username331
A while back there was some bugs where the system would send emails stating that service was on hold etc. If you still have service and paid then just ignore the email.
