Payed for my plan but my data isn’t working and the money left my account

You can login to My Account, go to Plan and Add-ons page , click Shop Add-ons (on the right side of the page below all the "Add-on Usage", then pick one of the Data add-on.  Maybe 1GB add-on for $15 or 200MB for $5, add to cart and Pay.  It is now a one step payment.  After you paid, reboot the phone and should be good to go


You also might consider bumping up to another plan with more data. That might be cheaper in the long run as buying an add on to keep you going is costly.

@Delekpemine1    Could be just a temporary issue and might be connected to the recent update of the self serve account,   Have you tried rebooting or toggling airplane mode on/off?

Log into self service and confirm your plan is Active and that the data is listed under Plan Usage.

 

Also check that your apn settings are correct.
