5 days trying to get this phone connected.

Voucher isnt working

What do I do ?

Is this for brand new plan? Or renewal?

Vouchers cannot be used to activate accounts.

Need valid Canadian credit card or Debit visa/ mc.

yes, i fully understand you got the correct PM voucher, and tried and didn't work and no point in trying further.  Please open ticket with PM support as advised above

i have a public Mobile voucher..

I try to add via 611 and it doesn't work.

Hi @Shirlbird 

How are you trying to use the voucher? Via dialing 611 and following the prompts or via the website? And, as weird as this may sound, are you sure you purchase a Public Mobile voucher? Often stores think Telus and Koodo vouchers work on Public Mobile which they won't. Thanks.

if it has been 5 days, you will need PM support agent to check if the voucher has any problem
