Locked out of my Publicmobile self serve account

I forgot my password, made too many login attempts, and don't receive any codes when I try to reset my password using either my phone number or e-mail.  Help!

Just in case anyone else can benefit from my stupid mistake, here's what happened to me:  I thought I'd registered for my Publicmobile account with one e-mail, but I'd forgotten that I'd actually registered with a different e-mail.  I was attempting login with the wrong freaking e-mail *facepalm* 

 

So, be sure that you're attempting to log in using the right e-mail 😉

Thank you.  The chatbot says wait three hours and then try to reset.  Will that work?

type  request email  password reset

2. alternatively you can private message them here

check your community envelope for a reply

Contact agent for assistance. No other way if your account is locked due to too many login attempts.
