Also, if you activated before January 25, 2022, you could qualify for a $2/month off reward if you sign up for Pre-Authorized Payments. May not be much, but it's something to look into.

@Owenpeyton are you trying to make payment using *611 and was asked to enter 4 digits PIN?
You can in fact reset 4 digits PIN on your My account, login to My Account, Profile page:
But of course, if you are in My Account already, you can make a manual payment there as well
