I have all time problem with connection. I found some solution: switching network.

I would suggest you call 1-855-4PUBLIC to check on the status of your account from another phone if you can’t login to your account.
Check the signal bars on your phone to see if your are in a dead zone. Move to an area when you have full signal and see if that works.

what do you mean when you say "you have problems with calls" ? Can you not call out or recieve calls either. Does text and data work as expected. Is your account paid up and in good standing ?

hí @Cornet did you try logging in my account and confirm your account status? check if it is active or suspended
if it is active , confirm if your data works
try reboot the phone, try reset all Network and try put your sim card in another phone.
