Pausing my phone plan

Hi, 

I recently purchased an e-SIM but I have not activated it. But now I want to pause the plan. What should I do?

@StellaXu  hi, unfortunately,  we don't know for sure how long you have before it will be voided. 

As previously indicated,  you can message support and ask. Hopefully they will be able to give you a definitive answer.

Unfortunately, Public Mobile does not offer any form of live chat.

yes , you can hold on to your unactivated plan and start it when you want

  Within a month is certainly ok.  Should be ok if it is longer.  But if you not plan to activate for even longer, you should ak for refund while you still can.  please message support if you are going to do that

Hi Sansan, I paid for the plan already but I haven’t activated it. Do you know if I can use the plan at a later time and I won’t have to pay again?

It won't start till you activate, any problems just contact them via live chat

@StellaXu  the plan plan will start when you actually activate the sim card.

You should be fine for a few weeks.
