Hi, I may be leaving for winter (4 months), how can I pause my line and is there any fee now or when I reactivate at my return?
Thank you

@gr8mtl You can access your account from anywhere with an internet connection and access to your email. Login as normal and when the 2FA message appears click Resend by email.
I'm not sure you will receive an email notification when your number about to be deactivated which is 120 days (or 180 days if you have a 90 day plan) since your last payment. Best track the date yourself; perhaps at 110 days just in case your payment is delayed.

Do you know if I can access my PM account from outside Canada, let's say Asia? If not I lose my number. Is there a way to have confirmation that my line will not be ended, even if I have to pay a low fee?

Very limited options to pause your account...but there are no fees to pause the account using the methods described by the others.

@hTideGnow Manage Subscription and turn on Subscribed
Pretty sure that's a typo and you meant turn OFF Subscribed.

HI @gr8mtl
you can pause the line for at most 90 days or the account will be caused and you will lose the number
what you can do when you are ready to pause the account is to go to My Account->Payment->Manage Subscription and turn OFF Subscribed. Then PM will not renew the account at the end of that cycle. The account will becomes suspended at the end of the cycle. You then need to make sure you come back and login PM's My Account no later than 90 days , better do it on 85th days just in case, and make a manual payment to resume the service.
thanks @Phil_Adelphus and updated!!
