It’s happening  with me as well, I joined PM few days ago. And I’m still looking for a solution. Communicating with CA- agent now, but they are just asking all the questions but no solution 🥲

Hi,

Just switch to public mobile yesterday. Make outbound calls have no problem. Call from mobile phone has no problem. Call from landline got answer that this line is not in service.

Yesterday, I could make it thru by add a 1 in front of the number but it doesn't work today.

was it just one person with the problem reaching you? or everyone?

were you ever able to receive calls?

and did you try to make outbound calls and does it work?

if you can make outbounds but unable to receive inbound calls, did you just joined and tried to port your number into Public Mobile?
