I paid the amount due on the account so service's would be restored, however services not restored now account says available balance $25 which is the amount that was due. Have contacted moderators but no solution has been provided as of yet

Agree with mimmo above, if your account is suspended presently and you have the right balance in your account, you could try to load up a small amount of money into your account. Sometimes, this restarts the activation process. Please let us know if you tried this "trick" and if it does work. It has worked for several people.
Another potential option to try if you wanted to as you wait for moderator (besides loading money). Go to your self service account. Report your phone as "lost/stolen". Logout. Wait 5-10 minutes, login and report it as "found". This worked for one other person a few weeks ago with a slightly different issue. But, it may work and would not cost you anything. Let us know if this work. No guarantees.

You could try adding another payment of say $1. That sometimes can trick the system into activating.

You need to wait for a mod to help. Only a mod at this point will be able to help.

@Th3_B34RC4T, moderator team response time is around 48 hours. They respond to messages on a first come first serve basis. Please don't send multiple messages for the same issue. This will only cause additional delays.
