i need the Puk code for my phone to be unlocked. i set up a lock code and it reset itself and i typed it in wrong once and now im locked out of my device

Caution! If the PUK is entered incorrectly ten times in a row, the SIM card becomes unusable.

I hope it is not the device PIN you are talking about. If so, you will need to wipe your phone and setup the phone again. If that is the case, hope you have backed up the phone or you will lost everything

You will need to contact a CS_Agent for the SIM PUK.
If you have a Samsung phone, contact Samsung Canada for the PUK for the phone.

Hi @keneverett there are multiple PUK codes.
The only one PM can provide you is the SIM card PUK. Some people set up a SIM PIN and need to enter at each reboot. If that one is entered wrong multiple times and locked, PM can provide you.
But if it is the phone carrier locked, the PM cannot help. Carrier locked phone are those that you have been using no problem but when you first entered PM SIM , it asks you for the PUK. you will have to go back to the carrier where you got the phone from and they can provide you that code

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Type NEED PUK in the little white bubble to the bottom right and follow the precise instructions to develop a support ticket with the customer support agents.
