I have tried almost 30 times to get a sim card mailed to my house to use public mobile services. It kept saying it couldn't process or zip code invalid so I continue trying. I then just seen on my credit card that I have been charged each time I tried!!!!!! How do I get my money back?

Is the credit card statement showing pending charge or actual charge. If actual charge, you will need to contact customer service agent.
The website is finicky. You could try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different device.

@Meganmahaney You may want to try and pick one up at a local Koodo Telus store near you call first thou for availability.. to get reimbursed for SIM cards not delivered you need to reach out to support here’s how
