Hi,
I just switched my subscription, and it appears ive been charged multiple times on my bank account, how can I get this fixed ?

Normally you are charged for the old subscription and the new subscription if you picked to switch NOW but if you picked to switch subscription on YOUR NEXT RENEWAL. The old subscription will expire and the new one will takeover.
If you pick your next renewal and overcharged. You can contact a CS_Agent to credit you back.
