cant sign into account it says unauthorize everytime i go to sign in. this has happen multiple times now im gonna leave public mobile if i dont get help and have this fixed once and for all.

I had different issues in the past that an agent can’t figure out. So ask them to have the Technical section look into this. It may take a few days for them to figure out.

The website is finicky. Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try on a different device.
You could also try to login on the PM app itself.

it just says this For security reasons, we couldn't log you in at this time. If you believe this is an error, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
