I purchase a plan on Dec 28 and somehow got charge twice. Can I do request a refund?

Please click on the arrow in the corner of your box and remove your picture. You should never post your private information on a public forum.
Have you confirmed with your bank or credit card company it's a double charge? It may be a pending charge.
If you find out it's a double charge, you can contact a CS Agent here. Furthermore, ask them to remove your picture from the server as well.
