I’ve been over charged and I can’t seem to get a hold of someone to get help with this.

Log into self service and see if you have the charge as a credit to your account. If yes, just leave it there and it will be used automatically on your next renewal date.

can you check with the credit card issuer to make sure you were actually charged x 2.

@Melissa26   was it  duplicated charges or overcharge?


If the duplicated charges, any chance one of them just a pending charge? Please confirm with your credit card

Also, login to My Account using Incognito mode, check the Payment History page and see how many time PM charged you and how much they charged you

If you see PM really charged you twice or over charged, please open ticket with support by direct message and they can arrange refund

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
