They overcharged when I activate my account what to do can someone help me

@Jamestulk What plan do you have? There might be a better plan at a lower price than what you have now. Are you sure the two payments went through? Often one of the two is "pending" on a credit card and then is removed when the payment actually goes through.

did you make a plan change?? and any money on Available Funds?? Overcharged amount usually stays there
but ask PM to check, just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
