Tried to change plan from $15 to $25, top up 2 x $25 = $25, account balance showed only $25, but was told unable to change the plan

@Mahk2 can you post payment history with personal information blanked out. The community can help dissect what has transpired. It is possible that maybe the plan change did take effect.

Maybe you should elaborate a wee bit more, because the way you worded your post, I'm not sure what you meant by that part in bold, above.
Also, what do you mean, "was told unable to change plan"? Did you click on something in the self-serve account, in an attempt to change the plan, and a message popped up, or something else?

Try making a $1 manual payment. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right. It may take longer for a response from ba moderator as they are short staffed.
