@JackieJ1 , how long ago did you order it? I was able to track my phone order by using my delivery address in my UPS app. Which in turn gave me the tracking number to track it.
Edit: I received my phone within 3 days of placing my order!

Phone usually delivered within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, you won't get a tracking from PM 😞
