I signed up for Can/Us/ Mexico plan and I actually want the 5G60 GB for $39 . Can u please change the one I just signed up for to this lower plan !

if it is day 1 and you just open the account not long ago, there is still a chance PM support agent will be able to switch the plan for you.   Or if they cannot help, you will have to check your My Account's Change Subscription page and see if they plan is there for you to scheduled a plan change for next month

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
