I really need to see some better deals here, Koodo has 35GB for $29, and so do the other flankers Lucky Mobile and Chatr... I don't want 50GB of data, I just want 30GB at a lower price.

HI @amish_champ PM still relies heavily on 3G for voice , so if your phone can connect 3G, it should have voice
If it works, you can try to change back to Automatic for network mode and the phone should fall back to 3G when 4G/LTE is weak. Let us know how it goes

My phone was beautifully working. And in case of basement and etc, it was automatically switching to wifi calling. But in my house I have no signal. But I followed your advise and switched to 3G/2G network and I get signal. I hope I will be able to receive calls. I will try in the morning.

what phone do you have?
Try Reboot phone first and try Reset All Networks.
If you have another phone, test your PM sim card in another phone
You can also try changing the network modes between 5G or 4G
If same, don't give up yet, check with PM support and they can try refresh the account on the system

I just changed my provider to Public today and I hardly get any signal. This company also do not offer WIFI calling, so little chance of me to connect with my friends and family is gone. I feel very down. Instead of saving some money, I ended up losing money on subscriptions.

Service is included while you're in all three countries for no extra charge. You can call any of these three countries.

@ismaelrendon "poor speedy of 4G" 🤔 100Mbps is not slow for a phone, and TBH you likely won't notice a practical difference between 4G and 5G speed on a phone.
If the $29 plan isn't available as an offer to you, there's nothing you can do but port out and back in as a new customer. Public Mobile doesn't seem to want to allow downgrade of spend, so if your current is more than $29 you probably can't change to that plan. What plan are you currently on?

Me too! 😎 Although technically we are paying 95% of the rack rate if you apply the rewards points (albeit deferred as it takes me about 9 months to get enough points).
I see the PM added Mex to their $29 5G plan with 10GB, that would be a good amount of GB for me. It's not available for me to change in my account because I would be downgrading (currently $34 50GB). I'll wait till next week when more BF deals drop and then maybe try sending a support ticket to ask for an "exception" to downgrade.

You don't have to be a new subscriber, your current plan must be less than the one offered. I was able to change my daughters $34 plan to a $35 Black Friday plan. I am not able to change my $39 plan to the $35 plan.

I understand the logic and am guilty of the same by falling into the same trap. Even though I seldom have used more than 2-3 gb of data I’m paying more for a plan with much more data because it’s “only” a few dollars more.

Yes , the Canada/US/Mexico plans all include the standard features: Calling Features: Call Display, Voicemail, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, and Conference Calling

at least you see some Mex plans.
PM has changed to targeted marketing and only provided some plans to existing subscribers but not all. You can try asking support for help but most came back and said support was unable to help them to change to plan not available to them
or you can keep checking in the next couple days and the $35 plans might show up

I tried to switch my unlimited US-Canada plan to this Unlimited-Canada-US-MEX but this doesn't show available to me. I heard it's because I'm in a 36$ plan and the system won't let me change to a 35$ plan. Can someone help me? I'd love to switch my plan, I'm going to Mexico in February.

your issue could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

It's a personal opinion, which I recognize is subjective. I may go next year, and to be able to scoop it up on Black Friday for $12/year makes sense for me. I also appreciate that this logic won't make sense to everyone.
