When I wanted to change my subscription from a $39 plan, I was offered one downgrade plan (4G - 20 GB at $30 per month) so I changed to this plan.After I made the change to the $30 plan, the $35 Can, US & Mexico plan immediately appeared as an option...
If you change your current plan to one that costs less, the Black Friday will show up as an option. PM will only allow you to get the new subscriber deals IF you pay more....
If you are able to change your current plan to one less than $29, it will show up. Public Mobile will only allow you to pay more per month....not less!
You don't have to be a new subscriber, your current plan must be less than the one offered. I was able to change my daughters $34 plan to a $35 Black Friday plan. I am not able to change my $39 plan to the $35 plan.
