Hi,
Activated my sim card yesterday, and I am not able to receive phone calls, and am unable to send or receive text messages. I can make calls.

that is weird you don't get to send text as well. For phone number, did you get a new number or port?
but since you cannot text, best to just submit a ticket with PM CS agent
