I keep getting an error code on my app account that I can't activate my subscription

so, you have been activating on physical sim card? or you changed to physical after the esim failed?
no worries about being charged twice, I think support agent will take care of that. But you need to work with them , please message them here to submit a ticket

already tried and it does not change. I keep staying stuck on step 6/6 of the activation process. I even tried activating on a different account and now it looks like they will be charging me twice a month for 2 accounts that don't work. I have a new SIM card and tried to transfer my number.

Try uninstalling the app and reinstall the app and see if that works.

Yes it's through the app, I keep getting an error message that my subscription could not be activated

Is the Public Mobiel app being used? The website cannot be used to compelte account activations.
