i ordered an e-sim card with a plan of 29 per month, but my phone does not accept e-sim cards!!!!! and I can even activate my account!!!!!! there is no one reply to our question in the live chat!!!! so disappointed!!! spend so much time dealing with this!!! i am giving up.!! please cancel my subscription and give me a refund!!!! thank you!!!!

@kate11111   The link @hTideGnow gave you is for private messaging customer service, it bypasses the chatbot and you only need to be logged in to this community to send it.  Just type in your problem/request in the message box and hit Send, it's already pre-addressed.  Then check your inbox for a reply, either at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar if no envelope.

no my phone can not use the e-sim card, and as I said the support team is very hard to contact, I can find any agent in live chat, very bad experience, won't use this company anymore!! only want the refund!!!

what phone do you have?  if you phone actually can accept esim , then PM support agent can help, maybe send you the esim QR code in email

or if your phone really cannot take esim, you can buy physcial sim to complete the activation

but check with support agent first and they will advise
