I placed an online order for a plan and sim. 2 days later I find a better plan with a different provider and now want to cancel the sim etc. Can't get an agent or any way to contact customer service...? Any ideas how to proceed?

if you are still waiting for sim card, then activation was not done, PM support can help to cancel and provide refund. You can submit ticket by direct message:
