Cancel subscription without ability to receive text

I cannot receive a code by text as it is an account for an iPad and so cannot access my full account to cancel the subscription.

the option to send the code by email is no longer available.

If you have a physical SIM card for iPad, you could move the SIM card in a working phone.  Then you should receive the text message.
