This past weekend I had trouble both sending and receiving MMS messages, did anyone else? I'm wondering if there was a service interruption with Telus in my area of eastern ontario, Ottawa area, or something else with my phone.

Tried Google messenger and tried small picture. Pretty sure this happened a couple years ago and Telus had to reset something on their side

@Inthecool1 so you tried Google message?
ask your friend to send you another file, another pic, just jpg and smaller size. I wonder if it is a size issue.

Try going to your network settings and refresh them. Then go into air plane mode and wait 10 seconds and turn off air plane mode. Reboot your phone. Wait 30 seconds and boot it back up. Then give it a try. Just please don't send me any cat pictures. I hate cats. 🙂

Make sure your mobile data is turned on
And Android or iPhone?
If Android, try to clear cache and try again . If still failed, download Google Message and set it as the default messaging app and try again with the new app.
