Hi,
I need help with porting my number to Freedom Mobile, I started the process 15 hours ago and it's still not working.
the port phone people tell me the # is inactive ,need to have this fixed ASAP to not lose my phone #. I'm not receiving the text message that allows me to approve the transfer request.

@carolebouillet1 That’s because you need to make payment on your PM account to have it active to leave PM SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text you want to port to freedom
