Not receiving calls, cannot send and receive texts.

Hi I CAN make calls. 

I CANNOT receive calls, send and receive texts. 

ALL INCOMING calls go straight to voicemail.

I have rebooted my cell many times and took out put back sim card. 

Samsung A12 cell. 

 

Please assist. I checked online some sites that reported other PM customers were having the same issues.

I have the same issue, so decided to contact rogers my old provider to see it the transfer was completed correctly. Rogers said that they received the port request but it would appear to be cancelled from Public Mobile's side. So the guy suggested to send a new port request to have a number transferred and close the circle on roger's side.

I have just send the new port request, hopefully it will help.

It sounds like a Telus/PM outage in your area. Check outage map:

If there are no outage in your area, contact a CS_Agent to investigate further.

They're call forwarding reset codes. Just in case of a call forwarding problem. You open your dialer and dial the codes.

What is ##004# and ##002#??

Can you dial ##004# and/or ##002# and then try to call in.

Texting is odd. What if you connect to wifi - can you "text"?

Is this an iphone? Is it just one caller calling in that doesn't work? Anybody? Different providers can or can't? I have an unsolved ongoing problem with not receiving calls from "Bellus".

I have mentioned I can make calls. No number transfer.

@dariovitale , have you confirmed that your self serve account is in active status?  You did not mention outgoing calls.  I assume that is working???  Did you do a number transfer lately?  I can tell you that I have been able to send and receive text as well as make and receive calls today.

Working fine before and  it just happens today?  

 

Try to reseat your sim card once 

Also, try again in another area, maybe just network issue where you are

 

would be nice if you have a phone from friend to test your PM sim card there
