You can't cancel the wrong add on yourself via self service account. You will need to contact customer service agent. Since prepaid, generally there is no refunds, but many CSA will help you get the correct add-on

@AdelaWong You'll need to submit a ticket to customer support and ask them to either swap you to the correct add-on or credit your account for the wrong purchase.
