Am Christeena Thomas, today I tried to change my subscription plan without using correct email id which connect with my phone number and now am unable to cancel the subscription. I need to request a refund for the payment. After making the payment under wrong Email id, which i donot use for my public mobile phone number. I kindly request that you cancel the subscription linked to the EmailID:ckchristy47@gmail.com and issue a refund for the payment made. You can email me in same email id: ckchristy47@gmail.com

first, please update your post and remove your email. This is a community forum and we are only customers, you have posted the email on the internet
So, you created a separate account while you was trying to make plan change? You can ask PM support agent to help cancelling it.
